Company policy is a flat rate per month, depending on your business practices, plus an initial setup fee. Our first meeting will establish your companies specific needs, as well as determining my role in order to assist you.

  • I will update your books and accounts from the beginning of the last year to the current period (accounting for business expenses, bank reconciliation for the entire year, and financial reporting for tax purposes).

  • Quarterly Payroll Taxes (Form 941 and State)
  • Starting your own business - Help with incorporating your business/Obtaining Fed Tax number
  • Personal Finances - I pay bills (set up for electronic payment of bills), prepare bank reconciliations and monitor credit card statements. Computerize your records for faster and more efficient tax returns – you leave the worry to me.
